Ref: I listened to gavel to gavel Ms Fairclough chairwoman discussion and this is my comments to that broadcast meeting.
Ladies and Gentlemen, (home/dwelling energy = individual freedom)
First,
Please reach out to the public and notify us of any and all of your meetings or discussions so that we might come along with you as an Alaskan family interested in all of our welfare and wellbeing. ( pretty sure i eeed you on this.) We need a space in newspaper to place all energy meetings for the public to be notified....not just an insiders web page....
We continue to see leaders meeting in near quasi secrecy by means of "negligence to inform" cover.
I continue to be concerned about not being updated weekly by our Energy Director, Our Legislature, Our Governor, OR someone......so we can participate and learn and help to move our society quickly to a more stable community position...
With the greatest of respect for Mr. Irwin, sir,, I am not sure i understand clearly what
is meant by "Not re-invent the wheel", cryptic terms like these are usually used to send a message in short hand, and i really think that it is especially important for you folks to think out loud in noun and adjective abundant, frank, honest, unhurried, interrogative and clear minded thinking questions and conversations......
The rest of the world will be (and is, right now) having the same conversation you should be haveing now...i would hope we, or you would be setting the bar as a great energy state of Alaska leader should be doing.......
You, our leaders should be feilding calls all day long from Energy relevant interests wanting to come here and show us their products and projects for sale and partnerships; And them wanting to pay for own way....yeh, thats what im talkin bout...!
Energy Relevant Interests is the key....have we decided yet what they are? hmmmm
In considering a visit to a foreign country on same latitudes, I suggest you line up an AGIA like hearings and testimonies from these countries by some means so that you can learn us all up with you.....
AN idea, --- initiate a sub-task force (outside of your staffs!! (this is very important-do not use your staffs!!)) and call up Norway, Iceland, Greenland, Portugal, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Canada, Russia, etc...and offer to pay airfare and a weeks room and board for one person to come and bring us a wide array of product information by means of video and learning tools and this way you can put them on camera and assign others to interview and at the same time learn up your society and then when you go you can really enjoy your visit,,,,Why would 10 or 20 fly to somewhere when you could learn up 600,000 people and then you guys fly over...
You could be doing this public learn up and education while we wait for our SURPRISE
ENERGY VISION Christmas present.....3 months from now...
----Issue a list of our ENERGY interests....
----A questionnaire for the other countries to tell us what they think should be our priorities
----Have you received a list from AEA, AIDEA, ISER, City Councils, Mayors, APA, Chugiak, or anyone with a sense of direction as to where we need to go...??
----Please, Please invite, GM, Nissan, Toyota, China Motors, Honda to come and tell us about their Electric Vehicles, Fuel Cell, PHEV, and Air Car production dates..2009-2011..IF you dont think this is important -- ask me why-- and listen to the testimony from judiciary committee questions of the local refineries..
---How about Japan electric, PGE, Edison Electric, and others using Electric vehicles big time mileage in service....
--How about T-boone Pickens?
---How about the auto dealers for converting our autos to Hydrogen and Electric
-------How about making sure (ferc) we can fast track our much needed small hydro-electric projects is anyone on top of this?
IF you mention COAL or Natural Gas in any way, I for one, want to understand the context of the use and who is moving it...Lets have a hard discussion on this...!!!!!
And, i cant repeat or stress this enough,,,,
,My interest is in individual RESIDENTIAL LIFE ESSENTIAL ENERGY NEEDS including Transportation to and from the residence..
There is such great opportunity to get things done and develop an Energy Vision for Alaska and get going....Look, you guys have gone through a great learning lesson on and in energy.,..you are now prepared to move..
and what are you doing,?? I am not sure... you seem to be laid back like on vacation or something,,,,( HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET TO CHANGE THE WORLD, OR LEAD)
Some kind of semi-catatonic state, or lack of self-confidence, or overwhelmed, or god forbid,, the usual and worst is most people fall over when you talk energy...
Ya know, you could be having these product, concept, project, country representatives on screen now and not even be there... you could assign the moderation and questioning until you or one of you want to arrive,,, its simply managing time and delegating...
I HOPE YOU ALL REALIZE I AM EXCITED NOT FOR ENERGY; NOPE; BUT FOR THE FREEDOM IT WILL BRING US AS A PEOPLES AND FOR OUR CHILDREN.....
Timing is Everything,,,,,,,Countdown days to our ENERGY VISION SURPRISE PRESENTATION >>>>>>> past Xmas so lets say January 20th
days ( months) this is a long time to do nothing !
Do each of you have a list of your top ten ideas for a more free Alaska citizen?
What does freedom mean to you ? More money than your neighbor?
Ask yourself this question,, would you rather be without money or without energy
when you wake up tomorrow morning.
Work this through in your own mind in a moment by moment day --- ya see, we are in many ways just like all of the other creatures on the planet in just trying to survive moment to moment and it is our energy that allows us to do so.

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE: I continue to hear that “our constitution will not let us move or sell our resources at less than market value”….I am very concerned about this position comment being used as some form of cover for our political leaders to give themselves cover along with the producers, distributors, and refiners. I know of no contract, pact, agreement, or treaty implied or written, which conveys to a society the right to be injurious to itself and have standing, body, relevance or consideration..I think our leaders have mis-construed or mis-interpreted our forefathers intentions for our resources.
I do admit I need to hear and see this discussion further in more detail.
THE END of “THE PLAN”, REALLY!;
OR, IS IT JUST THE BEGINNING; OF ANOTHER PLAN; YOUR PLAN? A better plan?
I CAN DEFEND MY “THE mindset PLAN” , UP CLOSE, PERSONAL, LIVE, IN PUBLIC, REAL TIME, ON CAMERA and UNDER OATH!
CAN YOU DEFEND YOURS? OR DO YOU HAVE A PLAN? ?
Its all about each lifeform and its individual free will to choose its participation in life – in a reasonable manner.
