Alaska may well represent the first of the new, upcoming and exciting energy based communities (and societies) now being realized by several countries around the world.

There are great opportunities in the days ahead, born of this currently perceived ~ENERGY~ CRISIS.

Our true CRISIS, is in our lack of, or omission of;

ENERGY LEADERSHIP,
OPEN COMMUNICATIONS,
ENERGY ACCOUNTABILITY &
ENERGY VISION for our local community that reflects our greater society and country.

Our in common and agreed to Energy Vision is a fundamental requirement for us to be and remain a viable community.

By addressing the 4 ELCAV areas above we can resolve the perceived energy crisis; Evolve and create an even greater and better society with wondrous new personal freedoms and more individual free will, along with vibrant new economies of opportunity in nearly all energy impacted or dependant sectors.

There appears to be a new age of enlightenment for mankind, for those who see it and are now reaching out to make it happen.. Like, Norway, Israel, Dubai, Iceland, Portugal, Germany, who seem to realize that ELCAV based managing their ENERGY is the key to this new and better society.


To most people today, our perceived energy crisis situation has become a lifestyle of our society; A kind of stuck and yet slowly changing society, which only knows how to respond temporal lily, until the next energy related sector crisis arises.


Our lack of a realistic Energy Vision Policy is undermining multiple sectors of our society and economy simultaneously; If not collapsing our entire civilized nation of America.





















Outlining our RESIDENTIAL ENERGY NEEDS
in simple terms for the little people

This written thinking is about how our RESIDENTIAL ENERGY in becoming more understood, accountable, and redefined will bring us the opportunity for a new and great energy based society which will breach new economic opportunities, unprecedented “individual free will freedoms”, the settling down of many socio-economic problems, and re-establish/re-set/renew/ return our original true free enterprise market system.
Who owns our Planets Life Sustaining Energies ?
Is Energy a product or a commodity?
Is Water (hydrogen) our final and complete fuel; Thereby, moving to all hydrogen Now?
What has to be done?
Where should our Priorities be?
Back to basics of Life and Freedom ?
Population Control Imperative ?
Should the moment to moment life and death necessity of Energy to every creature and plant on the planet be a quasi true free enterprise undertaking or an earned management, research and development income opportunity?

The state of our energy ownership, production, environmental costs/corruption, pricing, availability, distribution, and transmission uncertainty, volatility, and lack of accountability impacts, having occurred within just a few decades and by such a few people and their institutions;

With money and the monetary system being a political and economic special interests influenced contrived and constructed value system, now exposing its fallacies and dishonest foundations with events like WorldCom and Enron, a 2 trillion dollar oil war, bailouts for other multiple economic structures, now seizing societies tax dollars to stabilize their new world order economy failures and the overall climate and environmental negative impacts on all of the planet and its life forms as a whole;
BEGS THE QUESTION!
How can the immediate implementation of Hydrogen gas production and the hydrogen economy infrastructure on a massive scale be too expensive ? Rather, is IT NOT imperative we implement the Hydrogen Economy now in order to stabilize all planet wide balances – Restart our foundational perceptions and expectations for a new and better society- pdk
Our very existence is God, Electricity, and Water Energy balance based !

Declarations foundation statement:
Our primary focus, concerns, and interests are on behalf of the Individual, family, and Residential dwelling related energy uses and needs; And not so much towards or with commercial, institutional, industrial, military, or energy generation sectors.
We must stabilize our Individual, Family, and Residential sector because it is our foundation for all of our societies’ infrastructures, like - neighborhoods, communities, cities, schools, roads, hospitals, banking, governments, families, commerce, family values, work values, sexual identities, religions, amenities, essential services, military, etc; And last but not least, it is from our residential sector that we afford “true free enterprise markets” an opportunity to serve our many needs from a stable Residential/individual housing or dwelling sector.
We now collectively realize that our “life essential energies” of clean air, electricity and water technologies, generated and used in harmony with our “planets life cycles” are obligations we all owe to each other; And are a fundamental and undeniable requirement for us to be a free peoples with stable societies and environments.
In understanding the above, it seems to us, that, we as a nation of like minded wills and wishes to be free and prosper economically, must reorganize, reconstruct, and redefine all of our ENERGIES Ownership, Obligations, Transmission, assigned monetary value, and distribution priorities , and their management of, in our best interest as a society:
It appears to this author that when we conveyed our full faith and trust in the free enterprise market system to our local Oil Corporations to develop, evolve, promote, and provide our Life Essential Energy Needs, to us a society so as to assist us Americans in becoming a more free persons society and “quality of life” community; They, our then Oil Companies, formed partnerships of control and market manipulations with other countries, and corporations and re-constructed our “conveyance of Energy rights to develop opportunity”,,, into some misconstrued conveyance of their rights to private ownership of our “Life Essential Energy Needs” under the guise or ruse of our energy being the product of their own free market enterprise endeavor…
Ours, and our loved ones moment to moment daily breathing lives, life forms and stable societies are dependant like all of GOD’s creatures, on our Life Sustaining Energy Needs; Therefore, by stabilizing our life essential energies needs we will assure a better life, and again, in essence, restart and bring back our vibrant true free enterprise market system.

The Declarations as Mandates
1. We the people, as our government shall draft and pass an INDIVIDUAL ENERGY BILL OF RIGHTS describing and defining our “Life Essential Energy Needs” obligations to our homes and to each other.
2. All energy shall be recognized as being owned by the citizens of America; And “leased or re-leased at will, and without notice, to/from entities” for the purpose of development and management in our citizens best interest.
3. No Energy law, contract, agreement, treaty, or pact implied or written, shall have standing where and when there is a reasonably proven hardship impact on a valid community or society energy needs and applications.
4. No foreign Government, Corporation, Company, Investment Group or Individual shall own or control any AMERICAN ENERGY.
5. No federal, state, county, or city shall conspire, collaborate, or arrange an alliance or agreement with an Energy Contracted or Leased generation, Transmission, or distribution so as to initiate any fees, taxes, surcharges, charges, or pass-on charges or collections without being placed on a ballot in general election and passed by a 65% margin in favor.
6. We shall establish a department of Individual Residential Life Essential & Mobility Energy Needs with a single minded goal and obligation to serve our individual and dwelling energy ownership, rights, needs, data, and development, while assuring and protecting our personal freedoms and “quality of life” residential communities
7. All energy matters in relationship to individual Residential dwelling and personal transport to and from shall be mandated to be a public hearing and required to have sufficient prior public notice in a public radio, print, internet and other media means.
8. All testimony from those partners, contractor, leasers in dealing with our Energy generation, transmission, and distribution shall be sworn in for testimony and shall be held to standards of law for perjury purposes.
9. We must move and convert our individual and family residential life essential and mobility energy needs and uses to an all electric and water technology based energy society. (as quickly as possible)
10. All residential energy development, generation, and research directions shall be preferred to be in “Harmony with Life Cycles” compatible. (harmonic fuels)
11. All of our energy shall be first obligated to our “Residential Life Essential Energy Needs”.
12. All Residential energy shall have a designated standing of priority and obligation of reasonable and agreed to amounts to each American Citizen as an individual annual energy allotment at no, or at minimal “true and actual impact cost”.
13. We will look to others ideas to leave the rest of the energy market economy the same as it is today except for, the fossil fuel producers, feedstock owners, commercial, institutional, industrial, and military sectors shall absorb and bare the burden of all Electrical and water transmission and distribution expenses.
14. An Individual and home related energy needs annual allotments are based on a formula that should approximate; a1,000 sq ft. with a 2-car heated garage, 20’ x 20’ greenhouse, 1,500 gal water storage tank, 1 (one) harmonic fuel vehicle, 6 ea. Solar panels, 70,000 gallons of family water per year, and a Home Hydrogen generation fuel unit costs Etc…. A complete Dwelling energy package view formula.
15. Our entire energy infrastructure economy (ie.. all mechanics garages)will look to convert all existing individual residential and home transportation energy needs and uses to all electric and water technology based energies. (Harmonic Energies)
16. MANDATED --The automobile industry shall collectively, designate, design, produce and sell at 10% above “true and actual cost impact” 3 distinct models of each of the following vehicle models:
Pickup vehicle
Economy vehicle 3 mod X 7 ea of propulsion systems = 21 models total
Passenger vehicle
These 3 models shall each be produced in: (a) all electric, (b) all air, (c) hydrogen gas,
(d) water injection, (e) fuel cell, (f) phev, and (g) magnetic motor design Propulsion Systems.
For purchase by individual citizens.

17 The US Government shall provide $ 500,000,000.oo in 20 to 50 semi- annual and annual Monetary Rewards, recognitions and incentives for individual and company technology and product improvements so as to encourage new ideas, tinkering, and innovation, for the “Residential Life Essential and Home Travel Energy Needs” sector.
17. Those Energy Generation Facilities which are needed by Commercial, Industrial, manufacturing, or Fossil Fuel Generation Transitioning will be financed by stand alone true free market investment capital and based on “True and Actual Impact Cost Accounting” principled formulas.
18. AND those energy facilities shall still be obligated to assign as first priority their energy to the individual residential energy annual allotment at no charge needs…
19. The US Government shall provide public incentives and tax incentives to individual fossil fuel vehicle owners and for the garage owners for the conversion of existing fossil fuel vehicles to Electric, Fuel Cell, Water, Air, PHEV, HICE, etc..
20. The US Government shall provide funding for a nationwide cable, schools, and internet training, education, service, and awareness courses programs for Electric, air, Hydrogen gas, Fuel Cell Vehicle operation, maintenance, and uses.
21. All community leased, or managed as a Utility Certificated energy ( Electricity and Water) distribution providers shall provide Quality Photovoltaic Solar Panels, Hydrogen Gas Generation Units, Hydrogen Gas Storage Units, Vehicle Batteries, and Vehicle Hookup apparatuses to citizens at .05% above “true and actual impact cost” to the General Public for residential installation by the buyer.

ENERGY POLICY

22. ALL COMPANIES, INDIVIDUALS, AND ANY OTHER ENTITIES EXISTING NOW, PAST AND IN THE FUTURE RELATED TO ANY AND ALL ENERGY RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, GENERATION, OR OTHER APPLICATIONS SHALL;

a) immediately disclose and make public any and all energy patents, formulas, or ideas held in ownership; For public awareness and review.

b) no longer have proprietary information status; All companies in the energy business shall declare all data open records available to the public.
c) Make public all stock holders names, financial interests, foreign contracts and agreements for public review.
23. We must implement a non transferable carbon tax policy immediately on all carbon fuel producers, dist/users, based on Impact, Role, Origin, Volume, and Ownership.
24. Minimum 2 Commercial Hydrogen gas, air, and battery refueling stations per community + Hydrogen gas, air, and battery availability at 2 current old fashioned gas stations
25. Each Community shall develop, install and make available local energy generation and storage capabilities for a minimum of 20% of your residential electrical and water technology based energy needs/uses per year
26. Each community shall construct a means or formula for the understanding of their limits of growth impacts for the purpose of Harmonic Energy capability, compatibility and sustainability as a viable “Quality of Life” community.
27. Any and all energy uses of natural gas, water, electricity, hydrogen, etc. data shall be considered public information and shall not be classified as proprietary.
28. Natural gas shall be called Piped Gas, and all energy shall be referred to as a Product; Not as a Commodity; so as to be more accurate in accountability and understanding of our energy aspects.
29. Energy conservation shall be recognized as a valuable concern and an opportunity to save on energy usage and cost outlays…However; Conservation shall not be used as a means of diversion from the priority task at hand which is clean energy independence & generation.

ETHICS –
30. Any and all Energy employees who acts in a “less than honorable conduct” manner shall suffer the most severe of punishments possible with minimum 10 year sentencing served.


In closing,
By now you realize this is more of a new mind set on energy rather than the nuts and bolts infrastructure designs…Many of these long overdue positions require truthful, thoughtful and unhurried discussions to prove their case, in order to re-distribute and redesign our Energy Paradigms.
WE MUST ESTABLISH PRIORITIES..NOW! Our Individual Residential Life Essential & Mobility Energy Needs are the most important and top priority expenditure.

WATER - there is no such thing!…There are only various Hydrogen compounds, composites, and particulates based bodies
Water (hydrogen/oxygen) is an energy; An energy that nearly every living creature, life form and plant form are dependant on to live; Including ourselves! ( Not to mention the Balance of the Planet)
Alaska must launch a massive study of:
UNDER ICE CURRENT FLOWS (all sub surface ice structures/formations ) AND ICE freezing energy generation and production possibilities! (AND STORAGE, AND STORAGE, AND STORAGE!)
I suggest an immediate 20 to 50 UICF projects around the State. ( I am concerned about extreme weather shifts; Alaska has Extreme Ice Environments to study and there closeness puts us on the front line-first impact , first up for engagement position.) Is there energy in darkness without a solar light source ? I believe the natives have energy available in UICF by channeling and engaging their flows and connectivity to each other as ice, freezing temperatures, and flows of the river and coastal waters.

We ALASKANS, as a state should be producing hydrogen on a large scale and moving all sectors into preparing for the hydrogen economy society.
When you Look at, and assess the amount of wasted youth, of past species deaths, of out years projected deaths, of social, scientific, technology, capital, intellectual, negative impacts and distraction that is occurring by our contrived, manipulated, and criminal obsessive enslavement to fossil fuels ; You realize we have been wasting valuable time in our not producing and learning Hydrogen and Harmonic fuels technological interface, application and viability

And above all ----ENERGY = FREEDOM / FREEDOM = ENERGY
Individual Free Will is what we are about..Without Individual Free Will, there is no Free society, no true free enterprise, and no FREE America.

All money or monetary denominations are constructed and contrived values which have no real-time reality.
Population Control must be considered now; by means of a Certificates of Citizenship to a geographic , Life Essential Energy Needs annual Allotment capacity, essential service, amenities and “Quality of Life” community formulas….We in Alaska have special standing and unusual considerations to make our case.

It appears to me that we need a 24/7, CNN like Alaska Channel for us the Citizens so we can see most all of our state’ meetings and energy issues collectively to come along quickly. This is very important so that we can see and understand the many other needs to be fixed, like a full time legislature and other items.
